The new owners are Timothy and Alam Crofton of Lewiston Lake Properties, LLC. The Croftons run a business in Fremont, Calif., called Timothy Crofton Real Estate. The sale was effective Friday, July 16. Todd Anthis of Americor in Redding handled the sale. Lakeview Terrace has offered housekeeping cabins, RV sites, a swimming pool and fishing boat rentals to thousands of customers over the years. |
