Welcome to Clio California home of the best place to fish and relax in all of northern California! This Sierra-Nevada Mountain town is stuck right in the middle of two of the worlds most famous mountain chains and the beautiful Feather River. There are towering pine trees that dot the entire landscape and are home to some of the best in all of California. A family can discover the Plumas and Tahoe National Forest that are very close by and the Sierra Buttes are an area that is reminiscent of the Swiss Alps. There are plenty of places to pitch a tent and a handful of locations to grab a bite to eat. It is best that you prepare for remoteness as you travel to and from any town in the Shasta-Cascade region as sometimes they are a bit desolate.
